Da Yang can produce components ranging in size from T-Nuts, with a length of 220 millimetres, to weld washers, with a thickness of 2.5 millimetres. We specialise in the production of bespoke parts, utilising multi-station cold forming technology to eliminate unnecessary secondary operations. Our products are mainly used in the automotive industry,including:
We're investing in industrial automation and plant visualisation for greater agility, real-time customer information, and maximised production capacity. Our new cold forming machines with in-built robotic arms, for example, have significantly increased tool changing speed. These new functions also support the use of flexible manufacturing lines.
